Friendly staff and the place was fairly clean. The room was big size, airy and included air conditioner and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous and comfortable, not far from centre, restaurants and lovely garden. We loved the breakfast.

Stayed in a budget twin room which was perfect for me. the hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the island. - the venue is only 3 miles away from a sandy beach.

The value for money was great, with a huge room and spotlessly clean facilities. The location was perfect, close to the beach and center, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I even received an airport transfer, which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast selection could be improved slightly, but it's not a major issue.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The twin room was spacious and airy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The shared kitchen was a bonus, with water machines available to refill bottles. The pool area was really nice, with pool towels provided. The location was excellent, being close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.
Everything is what I need and want.

The room at Passifika House was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. I loved the laid-back vibes, perfect for a chilled-out vacation.
For me, the only downside was the occasional noise from the street. But hey, I'm a light sleeper!

The poolside was awesome and offered cool shades, but I think it would've been better when the cushions on the wooden chairs were replaced in new ones.
Cushions need replacement.

We had a great few days here. The twin room was extremely spacious and airy, with great air conditioning. The shared kitchen with water machines was convenient for refilling bottles. The pool was really nice and pool towels were provided. The location was perfect, close to shops yet quiet at night. The host, Harry, was chill and helpful, always up for a chat. The hotel had a villa-like feel, making it charming and private. I made more connections here than in other guest houses in Bali. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The room was massive and cleaned daily. The pool area was a great spot to relax.
I do recommend this hotel.
